The 2026–2027 Pucks for Autism NHL Tour is back with another stop! On October 24, 2026, join us at Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri, home of the St. Louis Blues, for a special celebration of autism, neurodiversity, and inclusion.

Player Cost & Commitment ($300 Total):
$100: Player Registration (Covers PFA event expenses & items above). A RallyUp link will be generated within 3-5 business days from sign-up to allow you to cover your costs for the event.
$200: St. Louis Blues Game Ticket Commitment (Tickets for the 10/24 Blues game can be purchased directly through PFA or via our dedicated St. Louis Blues ticket link)
