How to register

Pucks for Autism strives to provide an unforgettable hockey experience while supporting autism awareness. You can register for our events and tournaments easily through the form below, by selecting your preferred event date and venue. Each single player registration guarantees you ice time at the venue, a custom Pucks for Autism jersey and socks, as well as professional in-game photography to capture your special moments. If you are registering a whole team, please provide the information of your main point of contact. Each registration will receive a follow-up email from RallyUp to help you and/or your team raise funds to play.

Please note that thanks to the American Special Hockey Association (ASHA),  all special needs players will have registration fees waived.
